How to Join

How do I join TitanSMP?

Our network supports Crossplay. This means you can play with the Java Edition (PC) and the Bedrock Edition (Mobile, Console, Win10) at the same time.

💻 Java Edition (PC/Mac)

1. Start Minecraft (any version possible).
2. Click on Multiplayer.
3. Click on Add Server.
4. Enter the following under Server Address: mc.hmt-network.de
5. Save and Join.

📱 Bedrock Edition (Mobile/Tablet/Windows 10 & 11)

1. Start Minecraft.
2. Click on Play -> Servers tab.
3. Scroll all the way down and click on Add Server.
4. Enter the following data:
   • Server Name: TitanSMP
   • Server IP: bedrock.hmt-network.de
   • Port: 19132 (Default Port)
5. Click on Play or Save.

🎮 Consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch)

Since consoles do not allow custom server IPs by default, you have to use a small trick. Here are the most common methods: If you need more detailed help, feel free to watch this YouTube video or ask on our Discord.

Method A: "Bedrock Together" App (Recommended)

1. Download the app "Bedrock Together" (free in the App Store / Google Play Store) on your phone.
2. Start the app and enter the IP bedrock.hmt-network.de and port 19132.
3. Click on "Watch Ad and Run".
4. Start Minecraft on your console and go to the Friends tab.
5. A "LAN Game" named "BedrockTogether" will appear. Join it, and you will be automatically forwarded to our network.

Method B: DNS Workaround

You can change the DNS server in your console's network settings to unlock a server list. If you need help with this, feel free to ask a staff member on Discord!

🛠️ Version Note

We use a protocol that allows you to join with almost any Minecraft version. However, we always recommend using the latest version to see all features and blocks correctly.
